Special Services
Early Intervention/Psychological Services
The Learning Tree Kindergarten recognizes the international community's need to
have special services available to their children. We believe that all
children can learn if given the opportunity, and we are qualified to
guarantee that such opportunities are given. Therefore our center offers special education/psychological services to the international
community. These services include: development of structured programs
for children with disabilities, tutoring, remedial intervention for
writing and reading, behavioral problems intervention or psychological
consultation for children and their families. For these services, contact the director of the center and schedule an appointment.
After-School Program
After school activities are offered for students and non-students of TLT.
For some activities, there will be a minimum number of children required
because of hiring specialized personnel for the planned workshop. For

Transportation
A local bus company provides transportation for children to and from
school for those parents who do not wish to drive or carpool. This service
is arranged by the parents directly with the bus company. The school will act
as a liaison and makes sure that each child is on his/her bus.
Drop-in Services ("by the hour")
We also offer parents the opportunity to drop off their
children to join our daily activities. Children may stay at the center for
up to 3 hours and parents need to sign in and sign out. Children will be
released only to the authorized caregiver. This service costs
50 kn per hour (subject to availability).
